Our name Lufema proudly originates from the collaborative efforts of its founders, Lucas, Felix, and Marcus. As a second generation family business with roots dating back to the 1970s, our collective expertise spans a diverse and skilled foundation. Growing up in the industry has not only honed our individual skills but also allowed us to lead a formidable team. Together, we head all vital functions of the business, including sales, brand management, production, accounts, operations, and logistics. With a dedicated team behind us we are proud of what Lufema has become today.
